A Bunch of Stuff

I'll go in chronological order, starting with newest.

By the way, that's Sakia and Robert roleplaying as Christine and the Phantom from (well, duh) "The Phantom of the Opera".

The Opera Ghost

Hi again everyone! I know, more Phantom of the Opera fan art... but this one actually, in my opinion, turned out good. So, yeah. Oh, and by the way, I took a little liberty and gave Erik (the Phantom) David Tennant hair. XD And if you don't know who David Tennant is, Google him.

The original sketch, which I actually think is pretty cool, but that's just me.

Self Portrait, Self-Improvement/Icarus

Hi again everyone! It's that time again; self portrait time! Yay!!!! So, yeah, here's my latest attempt, which is actually pretty close (especially considering that the outfit featured is what I generally wear down to the mark).

Oh, and just for comparison, here is a self portrait from approximately a year ago. I like to think that I've improved.

On a completely unrelated note, I am doing another comic (entitled "Icarus"; I trust that you all remember her) for a project. The style is very different from that which I have integrated into "Sakia: The Defender", in the fact that it is slightly more relistic and certainly more gritty (due to the fact that I colorize underneath the original pen sketches). I am debating posting these on Smack Jeeves as well, but until then, here are the first three pages. I will continue to post them on my deviantART page. Bye for now!

Angel of Music

Some stupid fan art that I made for "The Phantom of the Opera". The Phantom in this composition conforms to sort of a blend of that depicted in the musical and the original novel by Gaston Leroux. Both are brilliant, though I believe that I like the musical a little more.

I hate drawing hands...

Lin Laos - Queen of Hearts

Something that I made for a project. It was original a drawing that I colored with, well, colored pencils and pen. But, when I scanned it, I noticed that the colors were a little bright, so I darkened it. Then, I got to messing around with it, and I eventually stumbled upon a little trick that may come in handy in the future, if for nothing else, for my own entertainment; I discovered how to colorize the original pen drawing!!! I know, I know, but I was really excited... Anyways, here is the end product of my continued manipulation.

In all honesty, I sort of like the rough, gritty feel of it, seeing that it sort of matches this character's personality.

The original image.

Anyways, here are a couple pictures that I have made since then:

Ronan and Raquin

Some of you may recognize Raquin Pierce from my comic, but this is my first time introducing his police partner, Ronan Natalia to you all (hint, hint: she may be in the next page). Yeah.

Oh, and I'm trying to transition to a slightly more proportionate style, so if certain characters (likely with the exception of Sakia) begin to seem, well, different in build, that's why.
