I'm still in a Watchmen mood, and am continuing to work on my lighting and shading, so there you go, another gloomy nighttime city panorama!

I would have to say, in video game terms, that you've reached the next level.
Not only are you shading (and getting A LOT better with practice) but you're also distributing the color of the lighting very well!
