"Clockwork Anatomy"

Just something I did once for a project; creating a band name (Clockwork Anatomy) and an album name ("Creepy Physics"), then making a cover for the imagined album. So, yeah, here it is.

I, of course, found the background image from a website and integrated it into my composition, but I am too lazy to site the source at present.

Also, I must mention a correction to QiMIGA's ID which I have previously posted; I stated that she had a severe inferiority complex. That is incorrect. I really ment superiority complex.

NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!

No! Harry Morgan died today! Most of you probably don't know who he is, so for all of you who are not familiar with the show M*A*S*H, he played Colonel Sherman T. Potter. Now I recommend that you go out and watch all eleven seasons; it's an excellent show! May you rest in peace, Harry Morgan! :(

A tribute someone made of Colonel Potter's best insults... yeah...

"All I Need"-Yixillian

Hey everyone! Just a little traditional project I did, matching a scene to lyrics from a song, in this case, "All I Need" by Radiohead. I have done this before with several characters for my own enjoyment, but have yet to post them on this blog. Anyways, for now, my most recent appendage.

Yixillian's second, more often suppressed personality finds herself mortified with the heinous actions of her dominant, psychopathic manifestation, and feels that she is an unworthy and despicable creature. Thus, the Frankenstein quote was added for emphasis. If you cannot read it clearly, it says: "All men hate the wretched; how then, must I be hated, who am miserable beyond all living things". The lyrical excerpt reads: "...I'm just an insect, Trying to get out of the dark..."

"All I Need" by Radiohead

(In my opinion, one of the most beautiful songs ever made)

Before I conclude this post, I'd like to quickly apologize for posting so many of my cartoons; I'll try to make a post about something different next time. So, please, bear with me. :)

Merry (Early) X-Mas!

Merry (Early) Christmas everyone, from myself and the crew of the Pandora 42!

Sorry that this is a little premature; let's just say that I got into the spirit. ;)

Captain Adeline Marzk

Yay, new character! As you have probably guessed from the title of this blog entry, her name is Captain Adeline Marzk.

BFF DAY

If only it was BFF Day! Too bad it's not till June 8th...

Valentina explains to Sakia the magic of National Best Friends Forever Day. Sakia is more dismayed about the excessive amounts of pink than anything...

Renfield from Dracula (1931)

My most recent obssession (by the way, "Doctor Who" hasn't been replaced in the slightest, it will always have a place in my science fiction, television-crazed heart), Tod Browning's version of Dracula, starring Bela Lugosi, and the novel by Bram Stoker (I'm still in the process of reading it, though) have been consuming my thoughts lately. While watching the film, I found Dwight Frye's interpration of Renfield fascinating, and he is currently my favorite (though I have not yet encountered his character in the novel), and his performance was spectacular. I find myself muttering insane quotations of him under my breath without being consciously aware of it (yes, I am a little concerned), but then again, I've watched the film three and a half times over the span of the past 3 days or so. Anyways, I took this image of him, and after some editing on Gimp made this:

By the way, I highly recommend the film, especially while listening to the version with Philip Glass' score.

Character Spotlight: Yixillian Mare

This is my latest character, Yixillian. You may remember a crappy Invader Zim fan character of the same name, which she is based upon.

Same ID, different picture. If you read it, it will make sense.

A little poster I made.

Yixillian in her assassin's uniform. You can compare her to the Invader Zim fan character I made of the same name. Yixillian
